Play with Clay: A Grounding Clay Experience 

Friday, May 27th | 3–5pm

Location: Seal Bay, Courtenay (address will be emailed to you after registration) 

 Join me Katrina for a gentle, hands-on experience designed to ground your body, quiet your mind, and connect you to your inner world through the therapeutic power of clay.

In this 2-hour session, you’ll be guided through a sensory-based creative process using clay as a tool for emotional expression, embodiment, and self-discovery. No art experience is needed—just a willingness to explore.

We’ll begin with a grounding practice, then move into mindful clay play with gentle prompts to support curiosity, reflection, and connection to self. I will teach you some techniques for hand building with clay, and you will have options to build containers, vessels, and imprints using nature based materials. This is a full sensory experience design to ground you into the earth and reconnect you with your body!
