This piece “Bubbles of Peace” was created by Katrina over a 6 months period, using yarn and vintage chains sourced from local consignment and thrift stores. Katrina says “this piece really taught me the valuable lesson of patience, slowing down, and meeting something where it is at and not where you want it to be. Working with yarn was trickery than I thought it would be, and it demanded I take my time and find peace with that process. I hope this piece will be a reminder to us all to use our own bubbles of peace when we go out into the world.”
