Creative Connection- Monday Mornings October

This 4-week art therapy series offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and explore your inner world through expressive art-making. As well as a space to connect with others, explore our creativity and have fun while doing something healthy for ourselves! Each session is designed to support regulation of the nervous system, reduce stress, and help you form new, healthy pathways for emotional and mental well-being. Each week we will learn a new art therapy exercise and create expressive pieces using different art mediums. No art experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Dates/Time: October 6-27th, Monday Mornings, 10-11:15 am (Except Thanksgiving Monday Oct 13th will be moved to Tuesday Oct 14th) 

Location: Seal Bay, Courtenay BC (address will be emailed to you after registration)
